Strong Performance For EPA 2010 Products.
Cummins 2011 on-highway engines ranging from 200 hp to 600 hp (149-447 kW) continue to meet customer demands for better fuel economy, performance and reliability. This has made them the first choice of customers across all on-highway applications. Over 130,000 EPA 2010-certified engines, including more than 62,000 with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, have been produced and shipped during 2010. See

ISX15 Fuel Economy Improvements.
Cummins has confirmed that optimized combustion and improved calibrations released in early 2011 are delivering 6 percent fuel economy improvement on the industry-leading ISX15, meeting customers' expectations for better fuel economy and performance. These improvements, coupled with the capability of Cummins PowerSpec, offer customers a 6 percent fuel economy advantage when compared with the 2007 ISX engine. PowerSpec is a free software tool provided by Cummins that allows customers to configure engines to the specific needs of their operation for optimal fuel economy and performance. QSX15 And QSX11.9 Power Up For Tier 4 Final.
Cummins QSX15 engine meets near-zero emissions standards for 2014, with power output increased to 675 hp (503 kW). The 15-liter Heavy-Duty engine uses an ultra-clean aftertreatment system combining the Cummins Particulate Filter with Selective Catalytic Reduction (CPF-SCR). The QSX11.9 engine also increases power output for Tier 4 Final, with a new top rating of 525 hp (392 kW). It shares the same engine technology and aftertreatment system as the QSX15. See

Tier 4 Final QSL9 Revealed.
The latest generation of the QSL9 engine achieves 2014 EPA Tier 4 Final and EU Stage IV standards with an ultra-clean aftertreatment system that combines the Cummins Compact Catalyst with Selective Catalytic Reduction (CCC-SCR) for fully passive, flow-through operation. The Cummins Compact Catalyst, previously used for ratings below 174 hp (130 kW), is scaled up in size for the 9-liter platform. With up to 400-hp (298 kW) output, this new QSL9 retains the higher output and faster engine response demonstrated by the Tier 4 Interim QSL9, with even better fuel efficiency. See
